Meet Sian


I am a 500 hour certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer, retreat and event planner and teach with passion, experience and a lot of love. I offer a range of in-person and online classes, private sessions, workshops and retreats for all levels. My aim especially with this online studio, is to help you connect with your mind, body and spirit through the practice of yoga. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I'm here to support you on your yoga journey.

A little more about my yoga journey...

After travelling the world as a professional dancer and putting my body and mind through a gruelling schedule, I decided my next career would be a more body positive, empowering journey. My classes are creative and encouraging, no matter your level, background or ability. I will strive to keep you inspired and supple! 

I started my yoga journey as a way to clear my mind after a busy day of rehearsals, filming or choreographing. I started teaching my cast as a warm up before shows or a warm down after an adrenaline fuelled performance and realised I was a natural teacher. Once reaching the age in which my body could no longer keep up with the strict discipline required, my mind was craving something calmer so I decided to make my hobby my next career. I never imagined being able to find a second career that would bring me as much joy as dancing, but yoga teaching has proved me wrong. Yoga keeps me balanced and fulfilled and I love sharing that with my students, whether we are together on retreat, private 1-1 class, online or in a group lesson or workshop.


Alongside being a yoga teacher I am a rescue dog mum and dog foster mum. My miniature poodle pack definitely keeps me on my toes and makes me smile every single day. I rescued through a charity in China to give dogs caught up in the meat trade and sold to slaughterhouses, a second chance and if I could have more, I would. My pups have made themselves famous during my online classes, on my social media, making appearances at some of the studios and giving cuddles to anyone who passes. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without these bundles of fluff xxx

I honestly leave every single class that Sian has taught feeling like a happier, more content and better person. No idea how she does that... particularly when your heart rate has been working out like a ferrari for an hour, but the way she talks to you makes you breathe more calmly and slowly than you knew was possible. Bizarre. But phenomenal result. 

Sian's retreat provided an opportunity for healing, and re-experiencing happiness, that I hadn't realised I needed so much. I felt ready to face the world on my return. It was a perfect blend of either being surrounded by calmness, or raucous laughter! With superb food to top it off.

Our private classes are the highlight of our week. Having never tried yoga before, my husband and I were nervous and thought we would be unable to do anything. After the initial consultation, letting Sian know our hopes and goals, alongside my injuries and husband's anxiety, Sian tailors our sessions to exactly what we need. A mixture of meditation to calm and settle us and strengthening postures that sometimes challenge us, we always finish on a high and looking forward to our next class.

My first memory of Sian was before I even met her; I was waiting in line to book a studio class and two women in the queue behind me were discussing how Sian was their favourite teacher. I remember wondering who is this Sian and why is she so good??

I quickly found out, after attending a few of her classes that she brings an energy & passion to her teaching that is hard to match. With her, my practice has come so far, I barely even remember what it was like to be someone who didn't have yoga in their life.

Since that day in the queue I have had the pleasure of attending hundreds of Sian's studio classes, numerous workshops, 1-2-1 sessions and even a fantastic retreat (I am booked in again for later this year). 

Her teaching honors the classics of yoga whilst still being innovative; her classes and sequencing style is challenging but so rewarding.
